Happy now-not-new-year!

It’s 2022 and our 10th year of publishing! Our new schedule doesn’t start until March but here are a few updates and events for your diary!

19th February –

VERVE Poetry Festival, [re:desire] author afshan-d’souza-lodhi will be performing at a special That’s What We Said alongside Maz Hedgehog, who’s The Body and All Its Seasons is out this April. Tickets are available here.

23rd February –

BE PRESENTS: Deanna Rodger, Muneera Pilgrim and Rachel Rose Reid. Join us on zoom for an evening with our winter 2021 poets and their books! Event link and more information to come but make sure you save the date! If you know your performance poets, this line up is perfection.

4th March –

Our new schedule kicks off with DL Williams’ Interdimensional Traveller, postponed from last year, this multilingual book uses QR codes to BSL interpreted performances and will be available in ebook format.

We are still hopeful for ACE funding this year, and will keep you updated as to our exciting plans!
